Settled provides wrap around support for individuals and families moving into independent living following periods of housing instability, including leaving care, sofa surfing, overcrowded family homes or temporary accommodation.
The project combines practical home set up, warmth and essentials, and one to one guidance so people understand their rights, access community based services and feel able to settle.
Support is shaped around each household, offered at the moment it is needed and delivered with dignity and respect.
We deliver all support with dignity, respect and insight informed by lived experience.
